You will like This Industrial Millwright job in Concord/Toronto or Hannon/Hamilton itself, on flexible/continental shifts with the following highlights: -$41.00-$43.00/hr Base Salary -$1 Night Shift Premium -$1 Dual Ticket Premium -Tool Allowance -Unionized -Full-Benefits More specifically your role will include: - Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine - work procedures. - Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, - hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls. - - Inspect and examine machinery and equipment, identifying - irregularities and malfunctions. - Adjust machinery, making repairs or replacing defective parts as - needed. - Operate machine tools such as lathes and mill machines to fabricate - parts for machinery overhaul, maintenance, or set-up. - Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand - and power tools and welding equipment. - Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of processing - equipment, ensuring efficient repair/replacement results. - Optimize equipment for safety, efficiency, and reliability, - participating in continuous improvement projects. - Comply with all legislative and company policies regarding food - safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures. - Service, clean, and perform preventative maintenance and overhaul on - all production and bakery equipment. - Improve equipment function through design improvements. - - Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area, ensuring compliance with - company health and safety standards. - Perform other related duties as assigned or required. You will have To be successful as an Industrial Millwright , you will have a healthy mix of the following: - Industrial Millwright 433A. - 2-5 years' industrial mechanical experience, preferably in food industry. - Proven track record working with mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic fields - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Comfortable using computers. - Ability to work well within a team and independently. - Capable of occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Availability for a flexible shift schedule, including day/afternoon/night shifts.
